The Challenge

As Pax8 continues to lead the channel, there is a critical need to elevate the 'Mission Briefing' event series to better reflect their leadership in the Managed Intelligence space. The challenge involves maintaining a unified brand narrative across diverse regions while driving meaningful partner engagement. Success depends on translating complex AI and Managed Intelligence themes into actionable value and strategic roadmaps for MSPs.

The Approach

We partnered with LastPass to build a connected ecosystem that fuels reputation, pipeline, and performance. By aligning strategy, messaging, and execution from the ground up, we moved beyond cookie-cutter marketing to create story-led programs that convert. Our work is built on three core pillars:

  • Messaging Frameworks: We developed a central campaign narrative and modular messaging matrix that translates complex technical themes into benefit-led stories. By aligning theme intent with partner needs, we ensure a consistent and authoritative brand voice across all cities and speaker sessions.
  • Communications Strategy: We mapped a comprehensive multi-phase comms roadmap covering pre-event buzz, event-week urgency, and post-event follow-up. This strategy utilises targeted eDM journeys and audience segmentation to maximise touchpoint effectiveness and conversion rates.
  • Event Marketing: Our execution focus turned strategy into high-impact assets, from conversion-focused landing pages to social media promotion. We ensured vendor visibility was balanced with Pax8's brand authority, creating an ecosystem-led marketing engine that scales across the entire APAC region.

The Outcome

This partnership significantly elevated the Pax8 brand, positioning the Mission Briefing series as a premier, executive-level event for MSPs.
